- Develop and execute Niraan’s overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across website, social media, campaigns, packaging, and retail touchpoints.
- Plan and manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars.
- Oversee content strategy including social media, email marketing, website storytelling, and collaborations.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Manage paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify partnership, influencer, and collaboration opportunities aligned with brand values.
- Work closely with design, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with product vision and business goals.
- Manage budgets and external vendors where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Required Expertise
- 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and performance marketing.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience leading campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual branding.
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a growing brand environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
